What is the booking process

Please fill out booking form. Detailed Design will contact you regarding availability and to discuss details further. Hire of equipment for a specified event date will not be confirmed until a 50% non-refundable booking fee has been paid and a signed and completed booking contract returned to the hire company.

Until the booking fee has been received, the hire company reserves the right to liaise with other clients for the same event date and equipment. Booking fee payments will be made by using paypal or venmo.

COVID-19 Protocols

If you, or anyone in your party, have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID 19 in the last 14 days or have any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath etc. please contact Detailed Design to reschedule event. We take every precaution to make sure rentals are disinfected. Pillows and rugs are steam cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant. Linens are washed appropriately and all dishes, glasses and flatware are cleaned with antibacertial dish soap and/or bleach and water mixture.

Cancelation policy

Our bookings are non-refundable once paid. However, we understand that emergencies happen. If event has been cancelled prior to 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the booking fee, however that will be applied towards a rescheduled booking within 6 months of original booking date. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, Detailed Design will retain 100% of your total event cost.

How far do you travel?

Detailed Design services clients within a 30 mile radius. Travel more than 30 miles is subject to an additional travel fee.

What is the Policy for Inclement Weather?

In case of projected rain, severe wind or bad weather conditions and event is scheduled to be outside, you have 48 hours to reschedule or change location. If the weather forecast predicts 60% or greater of precipitations, we will not set up in an outdoor location. At which time the event may be rescheduled or relocated to an indoor location. Event will be rescheduled within 6 months.
